I have over 10 years experience supporting children in school, at home and, more recently, via zoom. I use Emotion Coaching, Emotional Literacy and Creative Mindfulness to support children to notice and explore their feelings, and help them to build an effective toolkit of coping strategies. All sessions are designed & created specifically for your child and their unique situation and needs.
I will also work with you to offer guidance and ideas for supporting your child at home or within their classroom setting.
The practices that I use are well researched models of working with children’s emotions which have been shown to improve a child’s:
Ability to recognise and regulate emotional states
Willingness to persevere with difficult tasks
Skills in forming and maintaining healthy friendships
